1) Delivery Areas and Fees
Johannesburg & Pretoria: Free shipping on all orders delivered within the Johannesburg and Pretoria metropolitan areas.

Standard delivery timeframe: within 72 hours (business days, excluding public holidays).

All other areas (national/international): Please email info@emaxenergy.co.za for a custom shipping quote and estimated lead time based on your location and order size.

2) Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available) once your order is dispatched.

3) Delivery Timeframes
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to high order volumes, courier delays, weather, or events beyond our control.

Rural or outlying areas may require additional transit time; we’ll advise when you request a quote.

4) Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot complete delivery (e.g., no one available to receive the parcel), a re-delivery may be scheduled. Additional re-delivery fees may apply outside Johannesburg and Pretoria.

5) Address Accuracy Disclaimer
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and access instructions are accurate at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Recipient unavailability
Failure to respond to courier contact attempts

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can arrange re-shipment once the correct details are provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.
